The Custom Products Tool

The Custom Products tool lets you manually add any product to your presentation—even if it’s not in our database.
What is a Custom Product?
A Custom Product is a product you manually add to your org’s library. Once uploaded:
- It’s available to everyone in your organization
- You can use it in any presentation
- You can brand it just like any other product
How to Add One
To create a custom product, just enter Product name and Image, which are the only 2 required fields.
- Be sure to choose a high quality image! You'll have the option to brand it later. Click here to learn more.
You can also add optional details like color, brand, description, pricing, and more. Keep in mind that most of this info will show up in the final presentation, except for internal details like SKU, supplier name, and brand name.
Pricing Tips
You’ve got two options:
- Manual Pricing: Enter a flat rate (e.g., 5.75) or a price range (e.g., 5–7.50). This price will show as-is in the presentation—no rounding or extras added.
- When building the final Presentation you will have the option to adjust pricing again :)
- Calculated Pricing: Enter the price, select a product type (e.g., apparel, hard good), and our system will apply pricing logic, including decoration fees and run charges. Learn more about pricing here :)
If you want full control over the number, leave the product type blank and enter the price manually.
