Finding and organizing your Media

The quick filter pills

Just below the search bar, four quick toggles let you narrow the view:

All (default) – Everything you have access to
Created by Org – Org Media only
Personal – Personal Media (your own, plus everyone's if you have broader access)
Auto-branded – Auto-brand Templates only

Tap one to filter the Gallery instantly.

Search by tag or creator

The search bar accepts:

Tag names – e.g., "summer," "drinkware," "lifestyle"
Creator emails – find images made by a specific teammate

Type in the bar and the Gallery updates to match.

The Filters panel

For more precision, click Filters to open the panel. You can:

Sort by – Newest First (default), Oldest First, Created By A–Z, Created By Z–A
Date Range – Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, All Time
Created By – Pick one or more teammates from the list

Click Apply to confirm. Active filters appear as chips above the Gallery — click the X on any chip to remove it, or click Clear All to reset.

Filtering by tags

Click View Tags to open a tags modal. All tags are listed alphabetically — click one to filter the Gallery, or click multiple to filter by several tags at once.

The image card at a glance

Each image card shows the basics so you can find what you need without opening it:

The image thumbnail
The date it was created
Who created it
The image's tags (as chips)
Badges showing whether it's Personal or Org, and whether it's an Auto-brand Template

Click the expand icon on any card to open a full-screen preview without leaving the page.

Quick tips

Pagination is 50 per page.
Default sort is Newest First — your most recent generations always come up first.
Combining filters works. Use the Personal quick filter, the date range, and a tag search together to narrow down to exactly what you need.
