Flags and Insider Tips

Throughout your presentation workflow, you might notice small icons or flags—each packed with meaning.

Some relate to supplier data, while others come from Merch.ai’s own branding system. Here's what they all mean and how to use them to your advantage.

Supplier-Related Flags

These are pulled directly from supplier data and help inform pricing, availability, and product details:

  • Blank / Decorated – Indicates whether the supplier provides the product with decoration included (Decorated) or Blank. For blank products, we automatically estimate decoration costs when generating the final presentation. Learn more about how pricing works.

  • Distributor Codes – Short codes like “A,” “B,” or “C” reflect industry-standard pricing tiers.

  • No Inventory Data – Live stock information isn’t available for this product, so quantities may be uncertain.

Internal Flags

These reflect how products are styled and managed within the Presentations tool:

  • Auto-branded – Automatically styled with the client’s logo, based on brand settings.

  • Custom-branded – You manually applied and adjusted the logo using the branding editor.

  • Unbranded – No logo will appear in the final presentation.

Extra Sorting Tools & Pro Tips

  • Color Match Level – Filter items based on how closely they match your brand color.

  • Best Seller – Based on supplier-submitted data.

  • Switch Between Projects – Use the tab on the left to jump between active projects.

  • Drag & Drop Products – Reorder products within groups.

  • Empty Groups Are Hidden – Groups with no products won’t appear in the final presentation.

These flags and tools help you work smarter—whether you're focused on pricing logic, inventory visibility, or visual polish.
