How do I create an Easy Catalog?

Search for your products, build a list, and we'll turn it into a branded catalog. Here's how:

Step-by-step guide:

  1. Getting started
    • On the platform, click the yellow Create Lookbooks button at the top-right corner of your page.
    • Choose Choose Products instead of Use a Template.
  2. Search for products
    • Pick a suggested theme or category for instant, preloaded results, or type your own search.
    • When typing your own search, you can add:
      • By theme— golf outing, beach picnic, music festival
      • By item— tumbler, hoodie, tote bag, water bottle
      • By attribute— tumbler with handle and straw, backpack with laptop sleeve
      • By color— navy polos, forest green blankets, red event tees
      • By price— earbuds under $50, holiday gifts under $30
      • By quantity + price— 50 water bottles with straw under $15, 100 pens under $2
      • By supplier— eco totes from Evans or Bel Promo, HIT drinkware, Gem metal pens
    • We'll only show you products that actually match your quantity and price needs.
  3. Filter and explore your results
    • Use the filters for price, quantity, and supplier to narrow things down further. Applied filters appear as removable chips—clear one or clear them all.
    • Click See all on any category to browse beyond the top picks.
  4. Add products to your list
    • Click to add any product to your list. Keep searching—by theme, then keyword, then another theme—and keep adding. Everything lands in one running list.
    • Pro tip: Your list stays put while you're on the page, but it clears if you close the page or navigate away, so plan to finish your list and create your catalog in one sitting.
    • Watch your count—catalogs support a limited number of products. You'll see a limit reached warning in red if you go over, and you'll need to remove a few items to continue.
  5. Choose a cover feature (optional)
    • Mark one product in your list to be featured on the cover page. It still appears in its regular spot in the catalog—this just gives it a second spotlight up front.
    • You can also pick a color for a product from its detailed view, the same way you would in a Presentation.
  6. Add your catalog details
    • Click Create and fill in:
      • Theme title (optional) – A word or phrase describing the vibe or style for the catalog (e.g., "construction"). This shapes the look of your pages.
      • Cover page title (required if you chose a cover feature) – The headline that appears on your cover page.
      • Brand (required) – Choose an existing brand or upload a logo. Like a one-time logo, each Easy Catalog is created for one specific brand.
      • Contact information (optional) – Add yours or your sales rep's details.
      • Organization banner (optional) – Toggle on to include your organization's logo.
    • Click Create.
  7. Find your catalog
    • Catalog creation takes a little time, so feel free to keep working elsewhere in the app—you'll get a notification when it's ready.
    • Your finished catalog lands on your Lookbooks page, right alongside your other catalogs and flyers.

You're good to go!

Quick Note

  • You can download the product list or download the PDF from your Lookbooks page, just like any other Lookbook. Here's how to find the products in a Lookbook.
  • You can't yet turn an Easy Catalog's product list into a Presentation—that's coming in a future update.
