Lookbook viewer, analytics & PDF downloads
Every lookbook you create—whether it's a flyer or a full catalog—comes with a shareable online viewer, engagement stats, and simple download options.
Here's how it works:
🔗 Lookbook viewer
For every catalog or flyer, click the three dots on the right of the Lookbooks tab to find:
- Open viewer – see your lookbook as your clients would
- Copy viewer link – share via email or message
- Duplicate – create an editable copy
- Reuse for a different brand– available for Easy Catalogs. Reopen the same product list, theme, cover, and contact info with the brand cleared, so you can quickly create a version for a different brand. Reuse cleaned images to speed up regeneration.
- Create Presentation – available for Custom Lookbooks that contain products added from search or Geppetto images created from search. From the 3-dot menu → Create Presentation, you can convert the lookbook into a new private Presentation with its products and brand pre-filled.
- Download Image Assets – download a ZIP of all branded images used in the lookbook (non-test assets only)
The viewer is mobile-friendly and supports zooming, page navigation, and downloads.
💡 All lookbooks, including tests, have a viewer version.
Copy Lookbook Links in Bulk

From the Lookbooks tab, select multiple lookbooks and use the bulk action to copy their viewer links at once. This makes it easy to share multiple lookbooks without opening each one individually.
Copy All Lookbook Titles and Links

From the Final Lookbook Creation Page, use Copy All Lookbook Titles and Links to copy the lookbook title and viewer link together. You can paste them directly into an email or CRM as clickable hyperlinks.
📊 Analytics
When you share the viewer link, we track how it performs! You'll find two stats next to each lookbook:
- Unique views – how many individual users have opened your viewer
- Total views – total number of times it was opened (including repeat visits)
How it works:
- One person opening the link twice = 1 unique view, 2 total views
- Opening the link from a different device or browser counts as a new unique view
- Views from your own team members aren’t counted—so stats reflect external activity only. Note: opening the link in incognito mode would make the view count :)
📈 There's also a chart showing view activity over the last 30 days.
📥 PDF Downloads
If you'd prefer to send or save the file as a PDF, you're covered.
You can:
- On the Lookbooks tab, click on the three dots on the right of the lookbook you want to download. Select Download PDF.
- Or on the viewer, click on the Download icon.
