How to create Lookbooks for multiple brands at once?

Here’s how it works:

1. Start as usual

• Go to the Lookbooks tab.

• Select the template(s) you want to use.

  • Important: Do NOT toggle on the test option.  The multibrand creation feature is only available for regular (non-test) lookbooks :)

• Click Next.

2. Choose your brands

• In the box Choose existing brand, you'll notice a new option highlighted in blue: Multibrand.

• Select a previously approved brand (look for the ✅ green checkmark).

• Select more brands! 

  • Important: Only approved brands can be selected. Once you pick an approved brand, only other approved brands will remain selectable.

3. Review your creation

• After clicking Continue, you’ll see Kit (our mascot) letting you know we’re on it, along with an estimated time.

• You can safely leave the page and keep working—no need to wait around!

📌 What happens next?

• Go to your Lookbooks page to monitor progress in real-time:

  • ✅ Success: Ready to use.

  • ⏳ In Queue: Awaiting creation.

  • 🔄 Processing: Currently being created.

• Once finished, you’ll get a notification under the bell icon, which is your new notification center:

  • Click View to jump directly to your new lookbooks.

  • Mark notifications as read, or clear them all if you’re done reviewing.

Pro tip: While your catalogs are being created, feel free to work on other tasks—create brands, presentations, or additional catalogs!
