Managing Presentation Links
The Links tab in a Presentations project gives you an overview of all the links you've created for a specific brand.
Each link represents a different version—either draft or completed—of a presentation you can customize and share with your clients.
Why Multiple Links?
You can create multiple presentation links under the same brand project. For example:
- One link could show only apparel
- Another might feature drinkware
- A third could be themed (e.g. "Employee Onboarding" or "Golf Tournament")
Each one gets its own unique shareable link.
How It Works
Once you click Get Link, the presentation moves to Complete status. You can then:
- Copy and share the link
- Open the client-facing version
- Edit or delete it
If you delete a link that was previously shared, it will stop working immediately.
Real-Time Updates
You can edit a presentation—change its title, theme, even add or edit products, without creating a new link! Just click on 'Update' and those changes will reflect instantly in the existing link right after you refresh.
Adding & Removing Products
To add a product to an existing presentation:
- Add the product to your Product List
- Go to the Links tab
- Click Edit on the link
- The product will appear unselected—check the box to include it
Important: Removing a product from your list won’t remove it from an existing link—it will stay visible in that presentation unless you remove it manually.
No need to hit “Save”—changes are saved automatically.
Product Limits Per Link
You can add as many items as you want to your list, but there may be a limit to how many can appear in one link (e.g., 10 products per presentation).
Downloading Branded Assets
If your presentation is marked Complete and includes branded products (auto-branded or custom-branded), click Download Assets to:

Download branded images for sharing outside the presentation viewer
⚠️ Note: This only applies to completed presentations. Downloads from the cart or draft status won’t include branding.
