Where Our Products Come From
All products in our platform are pulled from PromoStandards, a shared database of verified supplier catalogs. If you’ve used another promo industry tool before, chances are the data came from the same place.
How Often Is It Updated?
We refresh product data automatically several times a day. Some info—like pricing—is checked more frequently than others, such as inventory. This keeps your presentations accurate and aligned with what suppliers are currently offering.
Why You Might Not See Every Product
While PromoStandards includes hundreds of suppliers, we currently support a curated subset. That’s because we:
- Only show products that have valid pricing and media
- Filter out products with $0 pricing or missing images
- Review and clean supplier data before adding it to the platform
This ensures that every product you see is ready for client-facing presentations.
Are We Using All of a Supplier’s Catalog?
Yes—as long as the data meets our quality standards. Some suppliers may be partially visible depending on how complete or clean their catalog is. But for the suppliers we support, we automatically pull and refresh their full product listings.
If you’re not seeing a supplier you expected, it’s likely still being reviewed for integration.
