Setting budgets for catalogs and flyers

Admins can control how many catalogs and flyers each user can create by setting individual limits.

This helps manage usage, prevent overages, and ensure fair distribution.

How to Set Budget Limits

  1. Go to the Users tab
  2. Edit a User – Click the three dots next to a user and select Edit.
  3. Set Limits – Adjust the number of Catalogs and Flyers they can create. Leaving it blank means no limit, as assigning 0 will block the user from creating any.
    • Pro tip: Admins can check the Settings tab to see the total allocation.
  4. Save Changes – Click Save to apply the update.

Default Settings & Impact of Limits

  • No Limits by Default – Existing users start with unlimited access unless an admin sets restrictions.
  • Personal Limits vs. Organization Limits – A user cannot exceed their own assigned limit. If no limit is set, they can create as many as they want—even if the organization reaches its cap.

Allowing Users to Exceed Organization Limits

  • The Allow the user to exceed the organization’s limit toggle enables users to continue creating catalogs and flyers even after the organization’s total allocation has been reached.
  • If disabled, users will be restricted when the organization hits its limit, regardless of their personal allowance.

Tracking Usage

In the Users tab, admins can see:

  • The total number of catalogs or flyers a user has created in the current billing cycle.
  • Each user’s assigned limit (if any).

This feature helps admins balance resource allocation while allowing flexibility for high-priority projects.
