Saving & Loading Templates in Presentations

Templates let you create a curated product list once and reuse it across multiple Presentation projects.

They automatically adapt to each client’s brand, so you can generate new versions in seconds, perfect for recurring collections or bulk marketing campaigns.

Saving a Template

To create a template, open a Presentation project and add the products you’d like, either auto-branded, custom or unbranded. In the top-right corner of the product list, click the three-dot menu and choose Save as Template, where you’ll need to name the template. Once you click Create, the template becomes available to everyone in your organization.

Loading a Template

When working on another project, either new or existing, you can quickly import a template into your product list. In the top-right corner of the product list, select Load Template, then search or browse the list of your templates. Selecting one will replace the products in your current list with the template’s saved items.

Pro-tip: Keep in mind that loading a template will overwrite any products already in your list.

What Gets Saved

Each template keeps:

  • All products in the list
  • Their grouping and order
  • Branding adjustments for custom-branded products
    • Pro-tip: be sure to review & adjust these cases if needed. What may have worked for one brand may not work for another. 

Tips for Success

  • Use clear, descriptive names so teammates can easily find and reuse templates (e.g., Top Sellers or New Product Launch).
  • Choose neutral color options so the template works across multiple client brands.
  • When setting up your Brands, try to include both a horizontal logo and an icon. It’ll help maximize compatibility later on.
