The Presentations tool: An Overview
Create custom-branded, visually polished product decks in just a few steps—perfect for prospecting, campaigns, and client follow-ups.
Here’s a quick overview of how everything works. Follow the links in each section to dive deeper when you need to!
From Search to Final Deck:
- Start with AI-powered search
- Select your products
- Finish with a fully branded presentation.
Finding the Right Products
Start by searching. You can build your selection in two ways:
- Theme-based search – Think “employee onboarding,” “golf event,” “holiday gifts,” etc.
- Product-based search – Use keywords like “hoodie” or “drinkware.” You can also filter by color, quantity, price, and more.

Branding: Logo or No Logo?
Each product has a branding style:
- Auto-branded – Your logo and brand color are applied automatically
- Unbranded – A blank version, directly from the supplier
- Custom-branded – You control the logo placement, size, and decoration method

Bringing It All Together
Once you’re happy with your product list, click Create Presentation to open the Presentation Builder. From there, you can:
- Name your presentation
- Add a cover and choose a theme
- Adjust product info (pricing, visibility & notes)
- Reorder or hide items
- Decide whether or not to show pricing

Revisit Past Presentations
You’ll find all your saved presentations under the Link tab on the left. They’re searchable and editable at any time—so you can reuse or tweak them as needed.
Add Your Own Products
Can’t find what you’re looking for? You can upload products manually and still use the Presentation Builder to brand and present them.
