The Search Engine: Finding the Right Products
When you start a new Presentation, the first thing you'll see is the AI-powered search page.
This is where you build your product selection—and it’s designed to be flexible and smart.
What can you type into the search bar?
You can search in two main ways:
- By keyword – for example, “hoodie,” “shirt,” or “tumbler”
- By event or theme – like “golf tournament,” “employee onboarding,” or “holiday gifts”
The system will automatically detect what type of search you’re doing. If it's a theme or event, it’ll run a AI search to bring you a curated set of ideas. If it’s a keyword or specific SKU, it’ll fetch more direct matches.
Narrow it down before you even hit search
You can customize your results by setting filters before searching:
- Supplier or brand preferences
- Quantity – Pro tips:
- If you need 100 units, we’ll show only in-stock products or flag when inventory info is missing.
- This quantity will also carry over into your final presentation (one less step down the road!).
- Price limits
- Color (you’ll see a color match score!)
- If you don’t select a color, we’ll automatically match to the brand color previously set.
After search: Filter & Sort
Once results load, you can fine-tune even more:
- Filter by supplier, brand, price, lead time, or rush service
- Sort by best color match if needed
- Choose between auto-branded, unbranded, or custom-branded products
