Updating your company's logo & name
Seeing a blank image in the corner of your catalogs?
It likely means your logo hasn’t been uploaded – here’s how to fix it:
- Log in to your account on platform.merch.ai.
- Go to the Settings tab and find the Organization Logo section.
- Insider tip: only Admins can see the Settings tab! If your role is another, reach out to your admin (or us) for help!
- Click Upload File and select your logo.
Make sure your logo follows these guidelines:

- Full-color version: Use your official, full-color logo.
- Transparent background: A white background is easy to miss!
- Minimum 500px on the shortest side: Ensure sharp, high-quality visuals.
- Accepted file formats: .jpg, .png, or .svg.
- Click Update, and your new logo will now appear in your catalogs!
If you still don’t see your logo in the catalogs, double-check the file format and dimensions or contact our support team.
Bonus! – If your company’s name isn’t right, you can update it in the Organization Name box and click Update – and you’re good to go!
