Using Auto-brand Templates in your Custom Lookbooks

Once you've made Media images, here's how to put them to work inside your Custom Lookbook templates.

Skip the search and go straight to your Media

Normally, building a Custom Template starts with searching for products. With Geppetto, you don't have to:

  • On the search page, click "Skip and Use Custom Media" to open the Custom Template Builder directly.

  • Build your Lookbook entirely from your generated Media images — no products required.

  • Or mix and match: combine search products and Media images in the same Lookbook.

Find your Media in the Custom Media folder

Inside the Custom Template Builder, look for the **Custom Media** folder in the image selection area.

Inside, you'll find two sub-folders:

  • Auto-branded – Your Auto-brand Templates. The platform applies each brand's logo automatically during Lookbook generation.

  • Custom Images – Your Plain Lifestyle Images and One-Time Logo Images. These are used as-is, without any auto-branding applied.

Add a Media image to a template page

  • Drag and drop any image to add it to a template page. The image moves to the top of the list and shows a green checkmark.

  • The image is dropped into the page as if it were a regular lifestyle image — auto-fitted to the box size.

  • The product name field stays available with "Click to add" — type whatever name fits, or leave it empty (an empty name means no text shows up in the final catalog).

How branding works at Lookbook generation

When you generate a Lookbook from a Custom Template that contains your Media images:

  • Auto-brand Templates automatically pick up the logo of each selected brand.

  • Single-brand Lookbook: the chosen brand's logo is dropped into every Auto-brand Template on every page.

  • Multi-brand Lookbook: each generated catalog shows its own brand's logo — one upload, every brand handled.

  • Plain Lifestyle Images and One-Time Logo Images are used exactly as they appear in your Media Gallery — no auto-branding, no swap.

Quick tips

  • Archived or deleted Media doesn't break existing templates. If you remove an image from your Gallery, any template that already uses it keeps working. The image just won't show up in the builder for new templates.

That's the loop — generate, templatize, drop into a Lookbook, ship. Welcome to fewer manual edits.
