Easy Catalogs: An Overview

Easy Catalogs is a new way to create a Lookbook. Instead of starting from a ready-made template, you search for products first, build a list of your favorites, and we turn that list into a polished, branded catalog for you.

A New Way to Start

When you click Create Lookbooks, you'll now see two paths:

Use a Template – The classic flow. Pick from our ready-made catalogs and flyers, just like before. Here's how that works.
Choose Products – The new Easy Catalogs flow. Search for products, build a list, and we'll lay out a catalog around exactly what you picked.

What Makes the Search "Enhanced"?

Easy Catalogs runs on our newest search engine, built on cleaned and normalized product data so results are more accurate than ever. Here's what you can do:

Browse suggested themes – Pick from preloaded categories and themes for instant, ready-to-go results.
Type your own query – Search for a product type (like "hoodies"), and add a quantity or price range (under a set amount, or an exact range) to only see products that match.
Trust the results – We only show products that actually meet your quantity and price needs, so you won't waste time clicking into something that's out of stock or over budget.
Sort and Filter – Sort by Relevance (default), Price, Supplier, or Brand, and narrow further by price, quantity, and supplier. Applied filters show as removable chips. Applied filters show up as chips you can remove individually, or clear all at once.
Pick up where you left off – Your past searches are saved, so you can reopen a previous search instead of starting from scratch.

Building Your Product List

As you search, add products to a running list. You can search multiple times—by theme, then by keyword, then by another theme—and keep adding to the same list.

The order matters. Products appear in your catalog in the same order they appear in your list.
There’s a soft limit. Catalogs support up to 8 pages/products by default. Go over that, and you’re no longer blocked — a red warning shows the exact extra credit charge before you create the catalog.
Pick a cover feature. Mark one product in your list to be featured on the cover page. It stays in its place in the catalog and gets a starring role up front.
Your list won't be saved. If you close the page or navigate away before creating your catalog, your list is cleared. Build your list and create your catalog in one sitting.

Editing an Easy Catalog After Creation

Open the three-dot menu on a generated Easy Catalog and choose Edit to open the Easy Catalogs Editor. From there, you can:

Delete or reorder pages – drag and drop to reorder; delete pages you don't want. The cover page always stays first. This is free — no credits charged.
Add a Page/Product – opens the same product search you used to build the catalog. Add one or several products, reorder or remove them, and optionally mark one as the new cover page. There's no cap on how many you add.
Regenerate a page – select a page and describe what to change in a prompt (e.g., "change the logo to embroidery", "place the blanket on a bed"). The page regenerates in full with that context so that it may look different by design — same credit price as a page edit.
Credits and confirmation – adding products (and regenerating pages) is charged in Geppetto credits, per page. Before anything is saved, a confirmation pop-up shows exactly how many credits it'll cost and how many you have available — nothing is charged until you confirm.

Where Your Catalog Lives

Once created, your Easy Catalog shows up right on your Lookbooks page alongside your other catalogs and flyers. From there, you can download the product list or download the PDF, just like any other Lookbook. Here's how to find the products in a Lookbook.

FAQs

Can I create a presentation from a custom lookbook? Yes — if the lookbook contains products from search or has Geppetto images created from search, you can convert it via the 3-dot menu → Create Presentation.
Do I need to pick a brand? Yes. Each Easy Catalog is created for one specific brand, similar to a one-time logo—pick an existing brand or upload a new logo when you create it.

Note: Only fully set-up brands will appear in the Select Brand dropdown for the best results.

What if I already started my list and need to add more later? As long as you stay on the page, keep searching and adding—your list carries over between searches until you create the catalog or close the page.
Can I match a catalog to a specific brand’s look? Yes — paste a brand’s website URL, and we’ll generate the catalog in that brand’s theme and style
