Easy Catalogs: An Overview

Skip the template—search for exactly the products you want and build a catalog around them.

Easy Catalogs is a new way to create a Lookbook. Instead of starting from a ready-made template, you search for products first, build a list of your favorites, and we turn that list into a polished, branded catalog for you.

A New Way to Start

When you click Create Lookbooks, you'll now see two paths:

  • Use a Template – The classic flow. Pick from our ready-made catalogs and flyers, just like before. Here's how that works.
  • Choose Products – The new Easy Catalogs flow. Search for products, build a list, and we'll lay out a catalog around exactly what you picked.

What Makes the Search "Enhanced"?

Easy Catalogs runs on our newest search engine, built on cleaned and normalized product data so results are more accurate than ever. Here's what you can do:

  • Browse suggested themes – Pick from preloaded categories and themes for instant, ready-to-go results.
  • Type your own query – Search for a product type (like "hoodies"), and add a quantity or price range (under a set amount, or an exact range) to only see products that match.
  • Trust the results – We only show products that actually meet your quantity and price needs, so you won't waste time clicking into something that's out of stock or over budget.
  • Filter and sort – Narrow results further by price, quantity, and supplier. Applied filters show up as chips you can remove individually, or clear all at once.

Building Your Product List

As you search, add products to a running list. You can search multiple times—by theme, then by keyword, then by another theme—and keep adding to the same list.

  • The order matters. Products appear in your catalog in the same order they appear in your list.
  • There's a limit. Catalogs currently support a limited number of products and pages. If you go over, you'll see a "limit reached" warning and need to remove a few items before creating your catalog.
  • Pick a cover feature. Mark one product in your list to be featured on the cover page. It stays in its place in the catalog and gets a starring role up front.
  • Your list won't be saved. If you close the page or navigate away before creating your catalog, your list is cleared. Build your list and create your catalog in one sitting.

Where Your Catalog Lives

Once created, your Easy Catalog shows up right on your Lookbooks page alongside your other catalogs and flyers. From there, you can download the product list or download the PDF, just like any other Lookbook. Here's how to find the products in a Lookbook.

FAQs

  • Can I create a Presentation from these products instead? Not yet—that's on our roadmap. For now, Easy Catalogs creates a Lookbook (catalog or flyer) from your product list.
  • Do I need to pick a brand? Yes. Each Easy Catalog is created for one specific brand, similar to a one-time logo—pick an existing brand or upload a new logo when you create it.
  • What if I already started my list and need to add more later? As long as you stay on the page, keep searching and adding—your list carries over between searches until you create the catalog or close the page.
