The Geppetto tool: An Overview

Generate stunning product lifestyle images, brand them on the fly, and use them in your Custom Lookbooks—all without leaving the platform.

Here's a quick overview of how everything works. Follow the links in each section to dive deeper when you need to.

Three things you can create:
  • Plain lifestyle images – your product placed in any scene you describe
  • One-time logo images – the same scene with a brand logo imprinted directly onto the image, applied once and locked in
  • Auto-brand Templates – reusable images that apply each brand's logo automatically when you generate a Lookbook

Creating an image

Click Create Media from the Geppetto tab, upload a few product photos, and describe the scene you want (e.g., "lakeside picnic at golden hour"). For the best quality and accurate proportions, fill in the product details field too — especially size and dimensions when you have them. You can also add a model.

Editing what you generate

Every image opens in the Image Editor, where you can use four tools:

  • AI Edit – change specific parts of your image with a prompt — fix a stray logo, swap a small detail, or adjust an object — without regenerating the whole thing.

  • ReImagine – fully regenerate the image from scratch with new scene or product details, while keeping your original product photos and model as references.

  • Auto-brand – turn your image into a reusable Auto-brand Template with a dynamic placeholder. Each brand's logo gets dropped into the placeholder automatically when you generate a Lookbook.

  • Add Logo – imprint a specific logo onto the image as a one-time placement. Quick when you only need to brand the image once for a single brand.

Using your images in Lookbooks

Once you've created and refined an image, you can plug it directly into your Custom Lookbook templates—no need to start from scratch every time. **Auto-brand Templates** take this even further: set up the dynamic placement once, and the platform applies each brand's logo automatically during Lookbook generation. Perfect for multi-brand work.

Where your images live

All your generated images are saved to the Media Gallery (the Geppetto tab), organized as either Personal (just you) or Org (everyone in your organization). You can browse, search by tag, archive what you don't need, and download images individually or in bulk as a ZIP.

Credits

Every image generation, edit, and template conversion uses credits. Your Media Gallery shows your remaining balance, and we'll let you know when you're running low.
